This policy explains what information BrandDecor.com ("we", "us") collects, how we use it and your choices. By using the site you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Information you submit through forms — for example your name, email, phone, company, location and project details when you request quotes, list a business, enter a contest, apply to the talent network, pledge support or contact us.
- Calculator and visualizer inputs are processed in your browser. A visualizer specification may be stored in your browser's local storage so it can pre-fill the quote form; it is not sent anywhere unless you submit that form.
- Automatically collected data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring pages, collected by our hosting provider and by advertising partners through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To respond to messages and deliver the service you asked for.
- Quote matching: when you submit a quote brief and consent, we share it with up to three businesses we select to quote on your project. Those businesses may contact you directly about the project. We do not sell your details to marketing lists.
- To run contests, review listings and talent applications, and send payment links for contributions you pledged.
- To send the newsletter if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the site secure, prevent spam and improve content.
Form processing
Form submissions are delivered to our private inbox through a third-party form-processing service (FormSubmit). That service processes the submission to deliver it to us.
Advertising and Google AdSense
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and/or other sites on the internet.

Embedded content
Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play. Once loaded, YouTube may collect data under Google's privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Retention
We keep form submissions only as long as needed for the purpose they were submitted for, and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, use the contact form and choose "Privacy request".
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
